Overview:
Designed a custom mobile app for UCF to consolidate campus services and events into a single platform, addressing the need for streamlined access for a diverse student population. Conducted user research, developed detailed personas and user journeys, and created an app featuring personalized recommendations, scheduling tools, and a chatbot. Focused on intuitive UI/UX design, validated through focus groups and iterative testing.
